PNK Solution Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and all related laws and regulations to safeguard the rights and freedoms of data subjects. In accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act, this Privacy Policy explains our personal-information processing practices and standards, and outlines how we promptly and effectively handle any related grievances.

This Privacy Policy takes effect on 2025. 06. 16.

1. Purpose of Processing Personal Information

PNK Solution Co., Ltd. processes personal information only for the following purposes, and will not use it for any purpose other than those listed below. Should the purpose of use change, we will obtain separate consent or take other measures required under Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

• Service Provision & Improvement:

  We process personal information to provide, maintain, and enhance our services by integrating Google AdMob (ad delivery), Google Analytics (usage analysis and improvement), and Crashlytics (error analysis and stability).

• User Analytics:

  We analyze service usage and generate statistics to improve existing services and develop new features.

2. Items of Personal Information Processed

We process only the minimum personal information necessary for service provision. Any items processed and their legal bases are specified below.

• Automatically Collected Items (via Google services):

  • Legal basis: Article 15 (1) 1 (consent) or 4 (contract performance) of the Personal Information Protection Act

  • Items collected (examples):

    ▪ Service usage records: app launch events, feature-use logs, ad interaction logs

    ▪ Device information: device model, OS version, unique identifiers (e.g., advertising ID), IP address

    ▪ Technical information: crash logs, performance data, network status

  • Collection method: Automatically collected when the app is installed or used

3. Retention and Use Period

We retain and use personal information only within the period agreed to by the data subject or required by law.

• Exception: If an investigation or legal proceeding is in progress, the data may be retained until the investigation ends.

4. Destruction Procedures and Methods

We promptly destroy personal information when the retention period expires or the processing purpose is fulfilled.

• Procedure: Information slated for destruction is selected and deleted with the approval of the Personal Information Protection Officer (PIPO).
• Method:
  • Electronic files: Irreversibly deleted so they cannot be restored.
  • Paper documents: Shredded or incinerated.
